The Healing Sound Journey is a powerful group meditation using ancient and modern musical instruments led by Rosie Warburton and her partner, Henry Steffes. The unique layering and blending of healing tones creates an acoustic soundscape which provides the openings to new dimensions and allows the participants to explore the depths of their own consciousness.
You may either sit in a chair or bring a pillow and blankets to rest on the floor while your body and mind are bathed in the healing sounds created by overtone singing, gongs, flutes, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, didgeridoos and other indigenous instruments that have been used for ritual, ceremony and healing for thousands of years.
