DIRECTIONS
Coming from the North: Take 275 S to the 5th Ave N exit. Coming off the exit ramp go straight (south) and cross over 5th Ave N. Continue straight to 1st Ave N. Turn right, heading west, on 1st Ave N (it is one way). We are on the left (south) side of the street after the light at 49th St. N, between 55th and 56th St. N.
From the South: take 295 N to the 31st S exit. Take a left onto 31st St. S, heading north. When you get to 1st Ave N turn left, heading west. You will see the sign for the Sound Body Wholistic Health center on your left between 55th and 56th St. N.
There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building.
